Here is the definition of a pre qualified mlm lead and tell me if it is close to what you are thinking.

A pre-qualified mlm lead is a person who has been contacted by phone. This prospect understands that you (they know your name) will be calling them about your company (they even know the name of your company) and explaining your business costs, systems, products, etc.

These types of pre qualified mlm leads are not cheap. They will run you about $5 to $7 a pop. These leads are very hard to find because no lead broker in their right mind will do this anymore. Why? They can't make many money.

A different form of a PQ lead that works is what I call, "hand me downs". Hand me downs are leads that your upline hands down to you because they don't have time to talk to this prospect. In some form or another this prospect has communicated with your upline, (usually email) and they want to talk to someone living. They need to ask questions, get a read of the team and basically these prospects are shopping for an upline.

These types of leads are very common and most of the time, they don't cost you a cent, because it's your upline handing you a gift on a silver platter. The upline who usually does this is someone who has a large organization and can afford to pass on these types of leads.

This happens a lot when a leader comes home from a vacation and wants to contact these people right away. Normally a leader will receive hundreds of these requests and doesn't have the time to contact all of them at once.

If Pre Qualified MLM Leads don't exist, then what?

So, your next best step is to find a lead broker that will at least "pre-screen" your leads for you. Pre-Screened mlm leads include the following information:

1. trading free information for the prospects name/email dumped into your own autoresponder

2. offering prospect a cheap product that teaches them about the industry in general or how to spot scams a mile away

3. earning enough money from these cheap products to pay for more leads and to build trust with the people on your list.

4. turning that lead into a downline member over time.

Pre qualified mlm leads and pre-screened mlm leads work extremely well using the 4 step process mentioned above. Give it a try and I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
