You have two ways to approach the marketing of a mlm email lead list.

Purchase safe bulk email leads or to purchase massive amounts of email leads.

You can pick up 1 to 15 day old email leads that are double optin for around $150. That will get you around 20,000 email leads ready for a autoresponder to send out.  Not exactly sure how safe these email leads are, but they can be classified as fresh mlm email leads.

Another set of email leads from a different lead broker will run you about $80 for 5,000 email leads. Can the cost of email leads determine their reliability and safety?

Yes and no.  Personally you can't really trust anyone these days but for my money's worth I will always talk to the lead broker, ask for references and listen with intent to hear exactly what they say and how they say it.
