Are Duplicable |
How many times have you heard this? What the heck are they talking about? I will give you exactly what they are talking about in football terms.
The reason: these principals go hand in hand with network marketing. And here is why:
Our high school football team just finished the season with our 12th straight League Championship. We have not lost a league football for a state record 76 games.
Yet, every single year we are the smallest school in the league, with the smallest kids in the league. How do we go up against schools three times the size, population to draw from and BEAT EM?
Ask any football coach in the state and they will tell you Prosser has an unbelievable system in place and working.
So, how did it get started? Well back in 1987 the year before I arrived, Prosser hired a guy from Illinois. He brought with him a ton of ENERGY, DESIRE, and the SYSTEM.
The first year we implemented the system we were 4-5. Our first and only losing season. The system has three parts: repetition, teach them what to look for and give them different looks.
We only use three basic running plays. But we have 10-15 different formations. So we confuse the opponent with the formations and run the same ole' running play to the left, then the right, then we pass the ball. When we pass the ball we usually overload an area with so many receivers the defense can't cover them all.

Why do all teams practice? To make the mistakes, learn from the mistakes and then apply what they have learned to win.
Teach your new member what to say, how to say it and when to say it.
This takes time, money, and patience. Most people don't have a lot of either.
For offline folks, we teach them through three way calls. We teach them by having them plug into our training calls. We teach them by listening to a conference call that has the top MLM PROS from around the country teaching, training, and sharing their secrets to success.
Then we apply what we are taught. That means
we
practice each and every night. We have an endless supply of leads that
affords us the time
and luxury of making mistakes. We have no pressure to
close the sales "because we only have 10 leads to use". An endless supply
of leads really teaches us how to sort through prospects.
For Online Folks WE CHEAT. How do we cheat?
We have a series of up to 10 letters that are pre-written. We hand over all these letters to them.
They in turn, set up their autoresponder and change their contact information. Again, it is the SYSTEM. We are not Rocket Scientists and we are not SALESMEN.

By the way, we only have 6 passing routes the receivers have to learn. So what we have is the running backs that learn 3 different running plays and 3 different passing routes, the receivers who learn 6 passing routes and the lineman that have to learn how to pass block and also to learn how to block the three running plays.
We have seen other teams playbooks. Let me tell you if you are not Einstein you could never learn all those plays. We know our kids could never learn them, so why teach it?

The 3 Coded System |
In my book, I have a three coded system.
#1 is a prospect who is serious
#2 is a prospect who an
mlm junkie
#3 is a prospect who loves free stuff and will never commit
Network Marketing is all in the numbers and how your system weeds out the 2's and 3's.
The key to our football team is teaching the kids to identify the "key reads" when the opponents line up across from us.

The key reads in Networking is listening for the hot buttons of prospects. Some mlm junkie's can fool you just to see how your system works. But, you will nail em every time when you ask them to spend some of their OWN money.
How can you do this? Simple: have the prospect pull up your fax on demand, visit your website or go and listen to a recorded message. If either one has an 800# you will receive more responses, but you will need to do more weeding out. That is why you to have a hands free system......to weed out the two's and three's.
The majority of mlm distributors who are working online, have a lead capture page that will do this work for them. Again, it is important to use the phone to follow up because a lot of mlm prospects will surf through hundreds of sites a night and will not remember your particular site.
The number three people are so smart they come right out and say "sure send me your free stuff" I will look it over and tell you what I think". Yes, these people are difficult to figure out, but if you guide them through your system first you will not have to worry about this.
Think about this for a minute: Our football team did not have success their first year. Did we go out and change the entire system? NO! Did we jump from one philosophy to another every week? NO! Did we throw in the towel and quit? NO! What we did do, was commit to a system, make necessary changes, and then continued to coach.
Most people fail because they never allow the system to work. Talk to my mentors, they have a killer tape "Unstoppable Income". They did not have this tape when they first started. They didn't have it the 2nd year either. It took them 10 years to get this tape out. What did they do the first nine years?
They relied on the system. The tape is now a part of the system.

Our tape "Unstoppable Income" is advertised in many different medians. Email, fax, card decks, newspapers, magazines, etc.
In each advertisement we offer the tape. Thus we have given them many different looks. Once the prospect calls the 800# or visits the website we then begin the process.
Their system is: tease, confirm, mail, follow up, follow up and continue to follow up. Let me explain the most crucial area, CONFIRM.
In this system we always call the prospect before we mail the information. During this process we confirm their address and correct spelling of name, ask them several questions and then SHUT UP. Let them tell you their story, HOT buttons, etc. The other crucial item of concern is..we give them our website address of the tape, conference call number, and the phone number to our overview message.

Editors Note: sometimes during your busy life you will not have time to properly follow up with mlm prospects. Don't worry about that. Find someone in your downline who is willing to work with those pre-qualified mlm leads you generate. You can rely on your drip system but the effectiveness or rate of spnsorship will drop dramatically. It's a fact of life we just can't work around the clock, so don't beat yourself up if you find yourself in this situation. |
Any prospect that will do two of the three above mentioned
steps is a
number one in my book. How do I know that they have done this? I call them
up the next day or chat with them on Instant Messenger or simply send a follow
up email to check on them. If they tell me they
will do one of those steps I call back and find out if they had any
problems pulling the FOD down, visiting the website or getting onto the conference call.
In
your system, always give out your direct phone number and the times you will
be available. Anyone that does call you directly, is one
HOT MLM
prospect.
Please remember the majority of the time you will need to follow up. In most cases if you have already spoken to them and they have access to fax or email then your follow up will be cheaper. Send them a message or two before you speak to them on the phone again.

The Absolute KEY |
OK,
the key to any system is this: "could the prospect SEE in their own
heart/eyes, that they can duplicate your efforts"? Can they see
themselves doing the exact same thing? Remember, 95% hate to sell, don't
want to sell, and will never sell. In fact I hate to sell, but I love
answering questions. How about
you?
This is exactly what my mentors teach. Now we have implemented this into our primary program. The results?
Would you believe 24 NEW members in a one week period? And that was during the Thanksgiving Holiday!!!!!
The following information is not intended to sell our opportunity. It is just necessary to spell out in detail what we are doing so you will get the idea of "systems are duplicatable". It is important to let you know that I myself did not develop all these systems. We are a team and together the team developed these systems.

Exactly What do We Have |
1. We have the Force20 System.
2. We have
the Tap Root System.
3. We have the Force20 Co-op.
If you remember
the last newsletter "4 Big Reasons for MLM Failure" we discussed leads,
training, support and finances.
The co-op delivers 200 pre-qualified mlm leads for $99. The co-op runs for 8 consecutive weeks. That is 25 leads per week.
The Force20 system utilizes a booklet. The booklet explains the company, products, and the system. It also talks about the co-op, and how to get signed up. We have this in hard copy and on the internet.
The Tap Root system is a downline building system. This is strictly on the internet but we also take offline people and place them into the Tap Root. Both systems work hand in hand.
Neither system would work unless we consistently followed up. On average each new member has received a minimum of 8 contacts from us. What are contacts?
We send them the booklet, we email them a teaser,
and up to
8 follow ups. We keep them updated on all the new changes we have made. We
are basically in their minds for at least a solid month. And we are
consistent. Then after the first month we don't throw them away. We
continue to drip on them for as long as they allow us.
For the offline folks we also have a built in drip system that lasts for an entire year. These folks as well as all of us who also work online use the booklet to do the weeding out for us. The prospect is invited to call us for more information.
Now do you see how we use the SYSTEMS to our advantage? We also have distributors world wide that have access to all of our systems as well. We needed to develop a system for international folks because the company is shipping to over 107 different companies.
So you see we had a game plan and it has taken us over 3 months to get all the systems up and running. Now it will take us another year to tweak it and make the necessary changes.
Now I know what you are saying "my company has
a FOD why
should I use something else"? My question to you is this: What system do
you have on a FOD that will help your prospects build their business-offline"?
Our company has their own FOD and they also have their own Website.
They also have their own conference call. But not a one talks
about, explains, or spells out a duplicatable system.
Chances are your company does not have one either...
